رئيس مجلس جهة الشرق محمد بوعرورو يدعو إلى تسريع التحول الرقمي لتعزيز الحكامة الترابية والتنمية المستدامة

أكد رئيس مجلس جهة الشرق محمد بوعرورو، أن الرقمنة أصبحت تجسيدا لرؤية ملكية سامية تهدف إلى تعزيز الحكامة الجيدة وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، مشيرا إلى أن التحول الرقمي لم يعد خيارا استراتيجيا فحسب بل هو ضرورة ملحة لإرساء إدارة عمومية وجماعات ترابية أكثر فعالية.

جاء ذلك خلال مداخلته في ورشة العمل التي تناولت موضوع “التحول الرقمي للجماعات الترابية رافعة لترسيخ الحكامة الترابية وتعزيز المشاركة المواطنة “، ضمن فعاليات المناظرة الوطنية الثانية حول الجهوية المتقدمة المنعقدة بطنجة يومي 20- 21 دجنبر الجاري بطنجة، حيث أشاد بوعرورو بتجربة إقليم بركان التي وصفها بالرائدة محليا ووطنيا في اعتماد منظومة رقمية متكاملة مؤكدا على ضرورة تعميمها والاستفادة منها لتعزيز التنمية الترابية.

وشدد بوعرورو على أهمية إسهام مجالس الجهات في توفير بنية تحتية رقمية قوية وتطوير منظومة التشاور الرقمي والمشاركة المواطنة، بالإضافة إلى دعم الشراكات الدولية واعتماد التوقيع الإلكتروني والتأشير الرقمي.

واختتم رئيس مجلس جهة الشرق بالتأكيد على ضرورة تسريع وتيرة التحول الرقمي للجهات باعتباره دعامة أساسية لتفعيل الجهوية المتقدمة.
