رسميا .. عبد الرحيم بوعزة يتسلم مهام رئاسة مجلس جماعة بني سميح للولاية الانتدابية 2021- 2027

تنفيذا للمرسوم 2.16.304 الصادر في 23 من رمضان 1437 (29 يونيو 2016) بتطبيق أحكام المادة 49 من القانون التنظيمي رقم 113.14 المتعلق بالجماعات، تمت بمقر الجماعة الترابية بني سميح التابعة لإقليم شفشاون، عملية تسليم المهام بين الرئيس المنتهية ولايته، السيد محمد محفوظ علودان (عن حزب الأصالة والمعاصرة)، والرئيس الجديد للجماعة (عن حزب الأصالة والمعاصرة)، السيد عبد الرحيم بوعزة.

وأشرف على هذه العملية ممثل السلطة المحلية، وقد تم خلالها التوقيع على كافة القوائم المتضمنة للمعطيات والبيانات المنصوص عليها بالمرسوم السالف الإشارة إليه.

وكان بوعزة عضو المجلس الوطني لحزب الأصالة والمعاصرة- نائب الأمين العام الإقليمي بشفشاون، قد انتخب رئيسا للمجلس الجماعي لبني سميح، خلال عملية التصويت التي جرت يوم الأحد 19 شتنبر 2021. وهي المرة الرابعة على التوالي التي يُنتخبُ فيها رئيسا منذ استحقاقات سنة 2003. كما شغل بوعزة مهام رئاسة المجلس الإقليمي لشفشاون خلال الولاية الانتدابية المنصرمة.
