ستراسبورغ.. اخشيشن ولماوي يشاركان في دورة اعتماد قرار تعديل بعض أحكام النظام الأساسي للجمعية البرلمانية لمجلس أوروبا

مثلت النائبة البرلمانية إيمان لماوي والمستشار البرلماني أحمد اخشيشن، رفقة وفد برلماني البرلمان المغربي في أشغال الجزء الثالث من الدورة العادية للجمعية البرلمانية لمجلس أوروبا لعام 2024، المنعقدة أمس الاثنين 24 يونيو 2024، ستراسبورغ.

وعرفت أشغال الدورة التي بصم فيها البرلمانيين على حضور بارز في أشغالها، حدثا بارزا وهو اعتماد قرار في الجلسة العامة يتعلق بتعديل بعض أحكام النظام الأساسي للجمعية.

ويحظى هذا القرار بأهمية خاصة بالنسبة للمغرب باعتباره شريكا للديمقراطية نظرا للمكانة التي يتمتع بها البرلمان المغربي منذ عام 2011، وتم تعزيزها اليوم من خلال الامتيازات الجديدة الممنوحة للشركاء، مثل الحق في حضور اجتماعات اللجنة الدائمة، والحق في تقديم التوصيات والقرارات المقترحة وتقديم التعديلات التي يوقعها أحد أعضاء الجمعية، والحق في طلب إجراء مناقشات حول الشؤون الجارية والتعيين لافتتاح هذه المناقشات، والحق في تقديم بيانات مكتوبة والحق في الترشيح كمقرر لبعض التقارير الإعلامية.

وبموجب ذات القرار يمكن لأعضاء الوفود الشريكة توجيه أسئلة مكتوبة إلى رئيس مجلس أوروبا للرد عليها شفويا.

وأكدت النائبة البرلمانية إيمان لماوي، “أن المملكة وباعتبارها شريكا نموذجيا، فقد وصل الوفد البرلماني المغربي للتو إلى مرحلة حاسمة في علاقته المؤسساتية مع الجمعية البرلمانية لمجلس أوروبا، وهو ما يثبت بالملموس الجهود الملحوظة التي بذلتها المملكة، وتتماشى مع الامتيازات الجديدة الممنوحة ومطلب المملكة بالحصول على وضع أكثر تقدما لدى الجمعية البرلمانية لمجلس أوروبا”.
