شركة التنمية الإقليمية بوزان تصادق على تقارير 2024 وتؤكد التزامها بتحسين خدمات النقل المدرسي

صادقت؛ الجمعية العامة العادية لشركة التنمية الإقليمية لتدبير النقل المدرسي بإقليم وزان، على التقارير المالية والإدارية برسم سنة 2024، وذلك خلال اجتماع انعقد بمقر مجلس إقليم وزان، برئاسة عبد الرحمان الكوشي، وبحضور أعضاء الجمعية وأطر الشركة.

وتضمن جدول أعمال الاجتماع مناقشة مجموعة من النقاط التنظيمية والمالية، كان أبرزها عرض التقرير الداخلي لمراقب الحسابات، الذي تمت المصادقة عليه بالإجماع، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار التوصيات المقدمة من طرف الأعضاء.

كما تم خلال الاجتماع تقديم تقرير التسيير لسنة 2024، والذي تضمن المعطيات المالية الأساسية المتعلقة بسير عمل الشركة، إلى جانب عرض ملخص للاتفاقيات المبرمة مع الجماعات الترابية، الهادفة إلى تعزيز استمرارية خدمات النقل المدرسي عبر توفير الموارد الضرورية والوسائل اللوجستية الكفيلة بتحقيق ذلك.

وصادقت الجمعية العامة على جميع النقاط المدرجة في جدول الأعمال.

وأكد المشاركون على أهمية تطوير ورقمنة نظم المعلومات، ورفع مستوى النجاعة والفعالية في التدبير المالي والإداري، لضمان جودة الخدمات المقدمة لفائدة تلاميذ العالم القروي على مستوى إقليم وزان.

واختتم الاجتماع في أجواء إيجابية، عكست التزام مختلف الشركاء بمواصلة العمل المشترك لتحسين أداء الشركة، وتوسيع نطاق استفادة التلاميذ من خدمات النقل المدرسي، خاصة في المناطق ذات الهشاشة الجغرافية والاجتماعية.
