طلب إحاطة.. التويمي بن جلون يدق ناقوس الخطر حول الدور الآيلة للسقوط

سلط فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة بمجلس النواب الضوء على إشكاليات الدور الآيلة للسقوط، التي باتت تهدد حياة وسلامة الآلاف من المواطنين.

ووقف النائب البرلماني، محمد التويمي بن جلون، عضو فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة بمجلس النواب، في طلب إحاطة قدمها بعد جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية، عند العدد المخيف من المساكن والبنايات التي باتت تشكل خطرا حقيقيا على الساكنة وعلى المواطنين بشكل عام، مفيدا بأن 43 ألف منزل آيل للسقوط بالمغرب يأوي حوالي مليون من المواطنين المهددين في أي وقت وبالخصوص في فصل الشتاء.

وأكد التويمي بأن السلطات المحلية عند وقوع حوادث السقوط، تواجه مشاكل عدة في إجراءات الإيواء، والإشكال القانوني في تحديد صاحب الملكية، متطرقا في ذات المداخلة، للمشاكل التي تعرفها مدينة الدار البيضاء في هذا الموضوع، وبالخصوص عمالة الفداء-مرس السلطان التي يوجد بها حوالي 1800 منزل آيل للسقوط، يهدد قاطينيها بالتشرد والضياع .

ودعا التويمي السلطات المعنية لوضع استراتيجية واضحة المعالم تركز على بحث موارد مالية تكفل تمويل خطة شاملة لإنقاذ وتعويض هؤلاء المواطنين قبل وقوع الفاجعة.
