عجز الميزانية يبلغ 7,3 مليار درهم عند متم مارس 2021

أظهر تنفيذ قانون المالية عند متم مارس 2021 عجزا في الميزانية بلغ 3ر7 مليار درهم، وفقا للخزينة العامة للمملكة التابعة لوزارة الاقتصاد والمالية وإصلاح الإدارة.

وأوضحت الخزينة العامة في تقريرها الفصلي حول تنفيذ قانون المالية، أن هذا العجز نتج عن الموارد العادية (باستثناء حصيلة القروض) البالغة 2ر97 مليار درهم، والنفقات (باستثناء سداد الديون) بقيمة 6 ر104 مليار درهم.

وأفاد المصدر ذاته أنه مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار إيرادات القروض البالغة 1ر28 مليار درهم وسداد الديون البالغة 7ر11 مليار درهم، فإن تنفيذ قانون المالية يظهر فائضا في الموارد مقارنة بالنفقات بقيمة 1ر9 مليار درهم.

كما يبرز التقرير أن إجمالي موارد الدولة خلال الربع الأول من سنة 2021، بلغ 4 ر125 مليار درهم أي بنسبة إنجاز تصل إلى 29 بالمائة من توقعات قانون المالية، مشيرا إلى أن متأخرات سداد الضريبة على القيمة المضافة وطلبات استرداد الضريبة على الشركات بلغت 2 ر42 مليار درهم و 4ر5 مليار درهم على التوالي عند متم 2020.

من جهة أخرى، بلغ إجمالي النفقات الحكومية 3ر116 مليار درهم أي بنسبة إنجاز تقدر ب 4ر 24 بالمائة من توقعات قانون المالية.
