عزيز بنعزوز: الحكومة تتعامل مع المجالس الجهوية فيما يخص تطوير وتثمين الفلاحي بنوع من اللامبالاة

قال رئيس فريق البام بمجلس المستشارين السيد عزيز بنعزوز أن الحديث عن تثمين القطاع الفلاحي، يعني عن الحديث عن البرامج والمخططات التي ستقوم بها الحكومة للرفع من القيمة المضافة للقطاع للرفع من إنتاج الثرروة وبالتالي خلق فرص شغل مدرة للدخل وإدماج الشباب.

وأثار بنعزوز خلال جلسة مسائلة رئيس الحكومة المنعقدة يوم الثلاثاء 15 يناير الجاري، دور المجالس الجهوية المنتخبة اليوم في خلق هذه الوضعية الجديدة التي ستسمح بإنتاج الثروة وإدماج الشباب.

وعبر بنعزوز عن عدم اتفاقه مع طرح رئيس الحكومة بإلقاء الحكومة المسؤولية على المجالس الجهوية وبالتالي عدم الحديث عنها في هذا السياق، وأكد بنعزوز على أن الحكومة تتحمل المسؤولية في هذا الباب على اعتبار أن الاختصاصات الذاتية للمجالس الجهوية محدودة جدا ولا ترقى إلى مستوى التأثير في المجال الفلاحي بغرض تثمينه، والحكومة وحدها من تمتلك الصلاحية بهذا الخصوص.
