عمار يدعو وزير الفلاحة لتجنب ثغرات مخطط المغرب الأخضر بهدف التنزيل السليم لاستراتيجية الجيل الأخضر 2020-2030

أكد النائب البرلماني عبد الفتاح عمار، أنه وفق التوجيهات الملكية السامية تم تحديد أهداف واضحة ودقيقة لاستراتيجية “الجيل الأخضر 2020-2030 ” التي تم الإعلان عنها سنة 2020 والتي تروم إطلاق جيل جديد من المخططات الاستراتيجية القطاعية، بناء على تقييم مخطط المغرب الأخضر، الذي حقق نتائج متفاوتة من حيث نمو واستدامة القطاع الفلاحي.

وأبرزا النائب البرلماني في مداخلة وجهها لوزير الفلاحة والصيد البحري والتنمية القروية والمياه والغابات خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة يومه الاثنين 20 نونبر 2023، أن مخطط المغرب الأخضر ظهر خلال فترة كوفيد-19، مشيرا إلى أنه بالنسبة للجيل الأخضر يجب تجنب ثغرات مخطط المغرب الأخضر.

واعتبر النائب البرلماني أنه هذه إشارة كبيرة للحكومة من أجل جعل العنصر البشري في صلب اهتماماتها، وذلك بهدف تقوية الطبقة الوسطى الفلاحية وضمان استقرارها؛ تعزيز المكاسب المحققة في الميدان الفلاحي وتجاوز بعض نواقص الاستراتيجيات السابقة بهدف خلق المزيد من فرص الشغل والدخل، وخاصة لفائدة الشباب القروي.
