غيثة مزور تقدم أمام المجلس الحكومي مشروعي مرسومين لتجديد الرخصة الممنوحة لشركتين للمواصلات

صادق مجلس الحكومة، المنعقد أمس الخميس 3 أكتوبر 2024، برئاسة السيد عزيز أخنوش، رئيس الحكومة، على مشروعي مرسومين، لتجديد الرخصة الممنوحة لشركتين للمواصلات، قدمتهما السيدة غيثة مزور، الوزيرة المنتدبة لدى رئيس الحكومة المكلفة بالانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الإدارة.

وحسب بلاغ للناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة، يتعلق الأمر بمشروع المرسوم رقم 2.24.801 بتجديد الترخيص الممنوح لشركة ميدي تيليكوم ش.م. «Médi Telecom S.A» لإقامة واستغلال الشبكة العامة الثانية للهاتف الخليوي من نوع GSM.

كما يتعلق الأمر بمشروع المرسوم رقم 2.24.802 بتجديد الترخيص الممنوح لشركة وانا كوربورات لإحداث واستغلال شبكة عامة ثالثة للمواصلات تستعمل تكنولوجيا خلوية من الجيل الثاني.

وجاء ذلك “بعدما أودعت الشركتان سالفتا الذكر لدى الوكالة الوطنية لتقنين المواصلات، طلبا لتجديد الترخيص الممنوح لهما، وفقا لمقتضيات دفتر التحملات الخاص بهما”، حسب البلاغ المذكور.
