فاس .. مقاطعة أكدال تستبق أزمة التسجيل المدرسي بتعزيز الخدمات وتكريم الموظفين

اتخذ، مجلس مقاطعة أكدال (عمالة فاس) خطة استباقية لمواجهة الضغط المتوقع على مكاتب الحالة المدنية بسبب موسم الدخول المدرسي الجديد، حيث عمل على تعبئة كافة الإمكانات البشرية واللوجستية لضمان تقديم الخدمات للمرتفقين في ظروف مناسبة.

وعقد اجتماع تنسيقي يوم الخميس 11 شتنبر الجاري برئاسة محمد السليماني الحوتي، رئيس مجلس مقاطعة أكدال، ضم ضابطات وضباط الحالة المدنية بالملحقات الإدارية، وذلك لتقييم الأداء خلال هذه الفترة الحرجة.

وشارك في الاجتماع أيضا مدير المصالح بالمقاطعة، ورئيسة مصلحة تدبير الموارد البشرية، ورئيس مصلحة الحالة المدنية المركزية ونائبه، ورئيسة مكتب المعلوميات، ورئيسة مكتب الشراءات.

وخلال اللقاء، نوه رئيس مجلس المقاطعة بالمجهودات “المبذولة من طرف الموظفين والأعوان العرضيين”، معبرا عن تقديره “لما أبانوا عنه من حس عال بالمسؤولية وتفان في خدمة المواطنات والمواطنين”.

كما أشاد بالأدوار الإيجابية للسلطات المحلية والقوات المساعدة التي “تفاعلت بجدية مع هذه الحملة، ويسرت للموظفين ظروف الاشتغال السلس والآمن من خلال ضبط حركة المرتفقين وتنظيم الولوجيات”.

وتأتي هذه الإجراءات في إطار استعدادات المقاطعة لاستقبال المواطنين الذين يتدفقون على مكاتب الحالة المدنية للحصول على المستندات اللازمة للتسجيل المدرسي.
