فريق البام يقترح توسيع “تضريب” المنتجات الاستهلاكية المتسببة في أمراض السكري وأمراض القلب والشرايين

بخصوص الضرائب الداخلية على الاستهلاك وبالضبط في الشق المتعلق بالمكوس الداخلية على الاستهلاك المفروضة على الإطارات المطاطية ولو كانت مركبة على الأطواق. يقترح فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة بمجلس النواب، ضمن التعديلات المقدمة بخصوص الميزانية العامة برسم السنة المالية 2021، (يقترح) التمييز بين عجلات السيارات السياحية وبين العجلات المستعملة في الحافلات والآلات الزراعية والإنشائية والتعدينية…

ويعتبر الفريق أن هذا التمييز، لا يختلف عن التمييز المعتمد في رسم الاستيراد، وذلك بتخفيض مقدار الضريبة الداخلية على الاستهلاك بالنسبة لهذه الأخيرة من 3 دراهم للكيلوغرام إلى درهم واحد للكيلوغرام.

وعلاقة دائما بموضوع الضرائب الداخلية على الاستهلاك، وخاصة المكوس الداخلية المفروضة على البسكويت والشكولاته وغيرها من أنواع الحلوى المحتوية على سكر، وفي إطار التوجه الذي كرسه قانون المالية لسنة 2019، والمتمثل في تضريب المشروبات المحتوية على السكر.

يقترح فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة، توسيع الإجراء (التضريب) على عدد من المنتجات المحتوية على مادة السكر، والتي يتسبب استهلاكها في عدد من الأمراض، وخاصة أمراض السكري وأمراض القلب والشرايين. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يقترح الفريق اعتماد مقادير تصاعدية وفق المحتوى من السكر، على غرار ما تم اعتماده بالنسبة للمشروبات المحتوية على سكر.
