“فيسبوك” تؤسس مركزا للتعامل مع المحتوى الخاص بالصراع الإسرائيلي الفلسطيني

أعلنت شركة “فيسبوك” الأربعاء أنها أسست الأسبوع الماضي “مركز عمليات خاصة” على مدار اليوم للتعامل مع المحتوى المنشور على منصتها بشأن الصراع الإسرائيلي الفلسطيني.

وأشارت الشركة إلى أن المركز الجديد سيتولى معالجة أي أخطاء في خضم أعمال العنف في المنطقة، وذلك بعدما انتشرت معلومات مضللة وخطاب كراهية ودعوات للعنف بشأن النزاع على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي وسط القتال الدامي

وقالت مونيكا بيكرت، نائبة رئيس سياسة المحتوى في “فيسبوك”، للصحفيين في مؤتمر عبر الهاتف “يتيح لنا مركز العمليات هذا مراقبة الموقف عن كثب حتى نتمكن من إزالة المحتوى الذي ينتهك معايير مجتمعنا بشكل أسرع مع معالجة الأخطاء المحتملة في التطبيق”.

وسبق أن أسست “فيسبوك” مراكز عمليات مماثلة للتركيز على أحداث مثل الانتخابات على مستوى العال

وقال المتحدث باسم “فيسبوك” آندي ستون لوكالة “رويترز” إن مدير قسم الشؤون العالمية في الشركة نيك كليغ ومسؤولين تنفيذيين آخرين تحدثوا الثلاثاء مع رئيس الوزراء الفلسطيني محمد اشتية. وذكر موقع “بوليتيكو” الأسبوع الماضي أن مسؤولين تنفيذيين في “فيسبوك” التقوا قبل ذلك وزير الدفاع الإسرائيلي بيني غانتس عبر تطبيق “زوم” للمحادثا

وأوضحت بيكرت، نائبة رئيس سياسة المحتوى في “فيسبوك”، أن مركز العمليات الجديد يعمل به خبراء بينهم من يتحدثون العربية والعبري

وتعرضت منصات التواصل الاجتماعي لانتقادات بسبب مزاعم عن أنها تفرض رقابة على المحتوى خلال الصراع. وفي الأسبوع الماضي ذكر موقع “باز فيد نيوز” أن موقع “إنستغرام” لنشر الصور الذي تملكه “فيسبوك” أزال بالخطأ محتوى عن المسجد الأقص

كما ذكرت “مؤسسة تومسون رويترز” أن “إنستغرام” و”تويتر” ألقيا باللوم على مشاكل فنية في حذف منشورات تشير إلى عمليات طرد محتملة لفلسطينيين في القدس الشرقي

وحظرت “فيسبوك” حركة “حماس” من منصتها وتحذف أي محتوى يشيد بالحركة التي تعتبرها إسرائيل والولايات المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي منظمة إرهابية
