قافلة التعمير تحل بإقليم الناظور لتقدم خدماتها لساكنة العالم القروي

           
جابت؛ قافلة التعمير التي أطلقتها الوكالات الحضرية للناظور- الدريوش-كرسيف ووجدة، عدة جماعات تابعة لاقليم الناظور في مسعى لتقريب الخدمات من ساكنة العالم القروي.

وتندرج القافلة في إطار تفعيل توصيات النموذج التنموي الجديد لتعزيز الثقة بين المواطن والادارة والنهوض بولوج منصف للمرافق العمومية، خصوصا في الوسط القروي.

وفي اقليم الناظور، حطت القافلة المزودة بجميع الوسائل اللوجستيكية والبشرية لتقديم خدماتها في مجال التعمير والبناء، الرحال في جماعات أفسو واولاد ستوت وحاسي بركان وبركانيين، من أجل تحسيس الساكنة المحلية بالجهود المبذولة من قبل جميع المتدخلين في مجال التعمير قصد المساهمة في النهوض بالأوضاع المعيشية في الوسط القروي.

وقال رئيس قسم الشؤون القانونية بالوكالة الحضرية للناظور الدريوش كرسيف، محمد المسعودي، في تصريح ل M24، إن القافلة تشكل مبادرة أولى من نوعها تنظم على صعيد اقليم الناظور بغرض الانصات لانتظارات ساكنة العالم القروي وتقديم خدمات المواكبة والتوجيه.

وأضاف أن الأمر يتعلق بتقديم معلومات وحلول تخص المساطر المتعلقة بالحصول على رخص البناء؛ مشيرا إلى أن القافلة تمكن أيضا من التحسيس حول خدمات القرب المتاحة عبر الأنترنيت لتسهيل الاستثمار في هذا المجال.

وتروم المبادرة المنظمة تحت اشراف وزارة إعداد التراب الوطني والتعمير والاسكان وسياسة المدينة، بشراكة مع السلطات الترابية والفاعلين المحليين، تعزيز دور الوكالات الحضرية وفق مقاربة للقرب تتيح الانصات لانتظارات الساكنة القروية والتحسيس بشروط البناء في الوسط القروي.

وينتظر أن تجوب القافلة 12 جماعة قروية بأقاليم كرسيف والدريوش والناظور قبل أن تزور باقي أقاليم الجهة الشرقية وذلك خلال الفترة من فاتح غشت إلى 7 منه.
