قدمه وزير التعليم العالي عز الدين الميداوي .. مجلس الحكومة يصادق على مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.24.1056 المتعلق بالأنظمة الأساسية لهيئات الأساتذة الباحثين

تداول مجلس الحكومة وصادق على مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.24.1056 بتغيير وتتميم المراسيم رقم 2.23.545 ورقم 2.23.546 ورقم 2.98.548 المتعلقة بالأنظمة الأساسية لهيئات الأساتذة الباحثين، قدمه عز الدين ميداوي، وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار.

ويندرج هذا المشروع في إطار حرص الحكومة على تحفيز الأساتذة الباحثين، بجميع هيئاتهم، وتثمين دورهم الطلائعي في النهوض بمهام التكوين والتأطير والبحث المسندة إلى الجامعة المغربية في المغرب.

ويهدف هذا المشروع بالأساس إلى: تدقيق آلية ترقية الأساتذة الباحثين بغية ترصيد وصون مكتسباتهم المهنية؛ والتنصيص على دمج الأساتذة الباحثين الملحقين وكذا الأساتذة الباحثين المزاولين لمهامهم بالمدارس العليا للأساتذة عند نقلها من قطاع التربية الوطنية إلى قطاع التعليم العالي، ضمن هيئة الأساتذة الباحثين بالتعليم العالي، وذلك حفاظا على استقرار وضعياتهم الإدارية وكذا الحقوق المهنية المترتبة عنها.
