كريم الكلايبي يستعرض اختلالات تدبير مجلس مدينة الدار البيضاء لمشروع إصلاح مركب محمد الخامس

كشف كريم الكلايبي مستشار عن حزب الأصالة والمعاصرة بمجلس مدينة الدار البيضاء، أن التساقطات المطرية التي تساقطت يوم السبت 27 أكتوبر 2018؛ عرت واقع نتائج الاختلالات التي عرفتها عملية إصلاح مركب محمد الخامس، حيث نتج عن ما عرفته المدينة من أمطار إغراق جنبات الملعب، وتضرر أرضية الملعب وباقي المرافق الحيوية، أثناء احتضانه لمباراة الوداد والنجم الساحلي التونسي.

وشدد الكلايبي على ضرورة تشكيل لجنة تقصي الحقائق تبحث في صفقات أشغال مركب محمد الخامس، معبرا عن غضبه من الشركة المكلفة بصيانة الملعب، التي استفادت من أموال طائلة بدون جدوى.

واستعرض الكلايبي اختلالات تنازل مكتب مجلس مدينة الدار البيضاء عن صلاحيات عدة وتفويتها لشركات التنمية المحلية، التي أصبحت تباشر العديد من الملفات المهيكلة بعيدا عن أنظار المنتخبين، من قبيل قطاع النظافة وتدبير النفايات والنقل العمومي، والمرافق العمومية كأسواق الجملة والمجازر والملاعب والمرائب.
