كريم الهمس يدعو وزارة التجهيز لتسريع وتيرة إصلاح النقط السوداء بالطرق الوطنية

تقدم فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة بمجلس المستشارين إلى صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، القائد الأعلى ورئيس أركان الحرب العامة للقوات المسلحة الملكية، بمناسبة الذكرى الثامنة والستين لتأسيسها، بأطيب المتمنيات وأجمل التبريكات، مؤكدا أنها مناسبة للتقدم بخالص عبارات التقدير والامتنان لجميع مكونات قواتنا المسلحة البرية والجوية والبحرية والدرك الملكي.

جاء ذلك في مستهل مداخلة لرئيس فريق “البام” كريم الهمس، حول النقط السوداء بالطرق الوطنية، خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة اليوم الثلاثاء 14 ماي 2024 بمجلس المستشارين.

وأشاد الهمس بجهود الحكومة في الحفاظ على الرصيد الطرقي والعمل على تعزيز العرض الطرقي، بإحداث طرق جديدة سواء على مستوى الطرق السريعة أو الوطنية، والعمل على إحداث مقاطع جديدة على مستوى الطرق السيارة، مما يسهم في تعزيز البنية التحتية الطرقية ببلادنا المواكبة للأوراش الملكية.

ولتعزيز هذه الحصيلة، دعا المستشار البرلماني وزارة التجهيز والماء إلى ضرورة تعزيز السلامة الطرقية، تحديدا على مستوى الطرق الوطنية التي يستعملها أكبر عدد من المسافرين، من أجل وقف نزيف الدم والحد من حوادث السير الخطيرة التي تشهدها عدد من النقط السوداء مثل النقط التي تقع على الطريق الوطنية الرابطة بين وجدة وفاس على مستوى مقطع تازة، والطريق الوطنية الرابطة بين تازة والحسيمة على مستوى مقطع أكنول.

وشدد رئيس فريق “البام” على أن خطورة النقط السوداء تقتضي اعتماد برنامج وطني للحد منها على مستوى بنية جميع الطرق بكل أنواعها من أجل تحقيق سلامة المواطنين، خصوصا على مستوى الطرقات المتواجدة بالعالم القروي والمناطق الجبلية.
