كوفيد – 19 .. تمديد حالة الطوارئ الصحية بالمفرب إلى غاية 10 دجنبر المقبل

قرر المجلس الحكومي، المنعقد اليوم الخميس 5 نونبر 2020، تمديد مدة سريان مفعول حالة الطوارئ الصحية بسائر أرجاء التراب الوطني إلى غاية 10 دجنبر 2020.

وذكر بلاغ صادر عن مجلس الحكومة، أن المجلس درس وصادق على مشروع مرسوم رقم 2.20.788 يقضي بتمديد مدة سريان مفعول حالة الطوارئ الصحية بسائر أرجاء التراب الوطني لمواجهة تفشي فيروس كورونا « كوفيد 19″، والذي قدمه وزير الداخلية، مضيفا أنه حرصا من السلطات العمومية على استمرار ضمان فعالية ونجاعة الإجراءات والتدابير المتخذة للتصدي لانتشار جائحة « كوفيد 19″، فإن مشروع هذا المرسوم يقضي بتمديد مدة سريان مفعول حالة الطوارئ الصحية بسائر أرجاء التراب الوطني من يوم الثلاثاء 10 نونبر 2020 في الساعة السادسة مساء إلى غاية يوم الخميس 10 دجنبر في الساعة السادسة مساء ».

وأضاف ذات المصدر، أنه بالنظر لما تقتضيه ضرورة الحرص على تناسب الإجراءات والتدابير المتخذة مع تطور الحالة الوبائية بمختلف جهات وأقاليم المملكة، فقد أجازت مقتضيات مشروع هذا المرسوم للسلطة الحكومية المكلفة بالداخلية اتخاذ كافة التدابير المناسبة على الصعيد الوطني بما يتلاءم والمعطيات المتوفرة حول الحالة الوبائية السائدة، بالإضافة إلى تخويل ولاة الجهات وعمال العمالات والأقاليم صلاحية اتخاذ جميع التدابير التنفيذية التي يستلزمها حفظ النظام العام الصحي على مستوى عمالة أو إقليم أو جماعة أو أكثر.
