لتشجيع الاستثمار…إيمان لماوي تطالب وزير الداخلية وضع نسبة أكبر من الأراضي السلالية رهن إشارة المستثمرين بإقليم ورزازات

طالبت عضو فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة بمجلس النواب إيمان لماوي، وزير الداخلية، باتخاذ مجموعة من التدابير والإجراءات التي من شأنها تشجيع الاستثمار في الاَراضي السلالية بإقليم ورزازات.

وأشادت لماوي في مداخلة لها خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة يومه الاثنين 29 يناير 2024، بمجهودات وزارة الداخلية تنفيذا للرسالة الملكية السامية في موضوع تدبير الأراضي السلالية، مشيرة إلى توفر استثمارات مهمة وخلق مجموعة من التعاونيات الفلاحية ولكنها لا تغطي كامل التراب الوطني.

وأوضحت ذات المتحدثة أن الفلاحة ليست من خصوصيات إقليم ورزازات المعروف بالفلاحة المعيشية، مطالبة الوزير بوضع نسبة أكبر من الأراضي السلالية رهن إشارة المستثمرين في مختلف المجالات: كالصناعة والسياحة..وغيرها، وألا تقتصر فقط على الفلاحة مع إعطاء الأولوية لذوي الحقوق.

ودعت لماوي الوزير لخلق لجنة خاصة لتسريع حل النزاعات المتعلقة بهذه الأراضي لتكون جاهزة أمام المشاريع والمستثمرين، وكذلك تسريع مسطرة الكراء والترخيص لهذه المشاريع الاستثمارية عبر منصة رقمية، وبأجل محدد لتشجيع المستثمر على الاستثمار في هذه المناطق المعزولة لخلق مناصب الشغل للشباب.
