للمرة الرابعة على التوالي .. عبد الرحيم بوعزة رئيسا لمجلس الجماعة الترابية بني سميح- إقليم شفشاون

خلال الجلسة الأولى وبأغلبية مطلقة للأعضاء المزاولين مهامهم، تم صباح يوم الأحد 19 شتنبر الجاري، انتخاب السيد عبد الرحيم بوعزة عن حزب الأصالة والمعاصرة رئيسا لمجلس جماعة بني سميح التابعة ترابيا لإقليم شفشاون، برسم الولاية الانتدابية (2021- 2027).

بوعزة وفي كلمة بالمناسبة؛ عبر عن مشاعر الفخر والاعتزاز بالثقة الكبيرة الممنوحة لشخصه ولأعضاء المجلس المنتخب قصد مواصلة تدبير الشأن العام الترابي، وفق حس تضامني ومجهود جماعي منفتح على جميع الكفاءات والإرادات الواعدة.

كما اغتنم بوعزة هذه المناسبة “التاريخية” لتأكيد وعده الصادق قصد الترافع عن حقوق ومصالح الساكنة المحلية بما يحقق لفائدتهم قيم العدالة الاجتماعية والمجالية.

وتجدر الاشارة إلى أن بوعزة قد انتخب رئيسا لمجلس جماعة بني سميح للمرة الرابعة على التوالي منذ استحقاقات سنة 2003، حيث حظيت عهدته الرئاسية ببلورة العديد من المشاريع على أساس مقاربة تشاركية/تعاقدية أسهمت في فك العزلة ورفع التهميش عن هذا المجال الترابي الجبلي لاسيما على مستوى المسالك الطرقية والتجهيزات والمرافق العمومية السوسيوثقافية.
