ليلى بنعلي تقدم مشروع مرسوم يتعلق بتحديد شروط وكيفيات إنجاز واستغلال منشآت الإنتاج الذاتي للطاقة الكهربائية

صادق مجلس الحكومة، أمس الخميس 23 أكتوبر الجاري؛ على مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.25.100 بتحديد شروط وكيفيات إنجاز واستغلال منشآت الإنتاج الذاتي للطاقة الكهربائية، قدمته ليلى بنعلي، وزيرة الانتقال الطاقي والتنمية المستدامة.

هذا المشروع يندرج في إطار تطبيق أحكام المواد 3و4و5و6 من القانون رقم 82.21 المتعلق بالإنتاج الذاتي للطاقة الكهربائية، والتي تنص على إرساء ثلاثة أنظمة تؤطر إنجاز واستغلال منشآت الإنتاج الذاتي وهي نظام التصريح ونظام الموافقة على الربط ونظام الترخيص.

ويهدف مشروع هذا المرسوم إلى وضع إطار تنظيمي شامل لأنظمة التصريح والربط والاستغلال المتعلقة بمنشآت الإنتاج الذاتي، وذلك من خلال تحديد نظام التصريح بإنجاز واستغلال منشآت الإنتاج الذاتي المرتبطة بمنشآت الاستهلاك الذاتي غير المتصلة بالشبكة الكهربائية الوطنية؛ ونظام التصريح بإنجاز واستغلال منشآت الإنتاج الذاتي المتصلة أو المزمع ربطها بشبكة الجهد المنخفض، إضافة إلى تحديد نظام الموافقة على الربط، وكيفيات الاستغلال، وكذا شروط سحب الموافقة أو الترخيص.

من جهة أخرى، تم تأجيل التداول في مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.25.01 بتحديد شروط مراجعة سقف فائض الطاقة الإنتاجية لمنشأة الإنتاج الذاتي للطاقة الكهربائية، لاجتماع حكومي لاحق.
