مجلس أوروبا ينوه بجهود المغرب في محاربة جرائم الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب

نوه مدير مكتب مجلس أوروبا بالمغرب، مايكل إنغلدوو، بالجهود التي يبذلها المغرب لتحقيق التقارب التشريعي والتنظيمي مع المنظومة القانونية الأوروبية في مجال مكافحة الاتجار بالبشر وغسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب، وذلك خلال استقباله من طرف وزير العدل، في إطار مواصلة علاقات التعاون القائمة بين المغرب ومجلس أوروبا.

وحسب بلاغ لوزارة العدل، فقد تم خلال اللقاء، الذي شكل فرصة للوقوف على حصيلة التعاون بين الجانبين مع استشراف آفاقه المستقبلية، استعراض ومناقشة محاور تهم على الخصوص برنامج التعاون الجديد المقترح من طرف اللجنة الأوروبية لفعالية العدالة لسنة 2021، لاسيما الشق المتعلق بمواكبة تنزيل المخطط التوجيهي للتحول الرقمي للعدالة، وأيضا التعاون في مجال الاتجار بالبشر من خلال اتفاقية “فارصوفيا” التي وقع عليها المغرب في انتظار استكمال إجراءات المصادقة عليها.

كما تطرق اللقاء إلى التعاون في مجال محاربة العنف ضد الأطفال، والرغبة في استفادة المغرب من دورات تكوينية لفائدة متخصصين في مجال العدالة عبر منصة برنامج “HELP” مع مواكبة المجهودات الرامية إلى تطوير المبادرة التشريعية في هذا المجال، والتعاون في مجال مكافحة تبييض الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب، من خلال دراسة الامكانيات المتاحة للمصادقة على اتفاقية مجلس أوروبا عدد 198 المتعلقة بتبييض الأموال ومصادرة أدوات الجرائم.
