مجلس الحكومة يتدارس إحداث مقر الاتحاد الإفريقي للشباب بالمغرب

ينعقد؛ يوم الخميس المقبل مجلس للحكومة؛ برئاسة عزيز أخنوش رئيس الحكومة، سيتدارس اتفاقا يهم إحداث مقر الاتحاد الإفريقي للشباب بالمغرب، إلى جانب مجموعة من النقاط الأخرى المدرجة في جدول أعماله.

وذكر بلاغ لرئاسة الحكومة المجلس أنه سيتدارس اتفاقا بين حكومة المملكة المغربية والاتحاد الإفريقي للشباب بشأن إحداث مقر الاتحاد الإفريقي للشباب بالمغرب، الموقع بالرباط في 11 نونبر 2021.

وأوضح البلاغ أن المجلس سيتتبع في بدايته عرضا للوزيرة المنتدبة لدى رئيس الحكومة المكلفة بالانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الإدارة حول إطلاق علامة “المغرب تيك”.

وسيواصل المجلس أشغاله بدراسة خمسة مشاريع مراسيم، تتعلق الثلاثة الأولى منها بتغيير وتتميم المراسيم الصادرة في شأن تحديد القواعد التي تخضع لها عمليات الاقتراضات التي تقوم بها الجهة، والعمالة أو الإقليم، والجماعة.

ويتعلق مشروع المرسوم الرابع بتتميم المرسوم الصادر بتحديد تأليف اللجنة الوطنية المكلفة بتطبيق العقوبات المنصوص عليها في قرارات مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة بالإرهاب وانتشار التسلح وتمويلهما وكيفية اشتغالها، فيما يتعلق مشروع المرسوم الأخير بتتميم المرسوم الصادر بتأهيل السلطة الحكومية المكلفة بالمالية لاتخاذ بعض التدابير المتعلقة بتطبيق القانون القاضي بتحويل صندوق الضمان المركزي إلى شركة مساهمة.

وبعد مناقشة اتفاق إحداث مقر الاتحاد الإفريقي للشباب بالمغرب، ينتقل المجلس الحكومي إلى دراسة مقترحات تعيين في مناصب عليا طبقا لأحكام الفصل 92 من الدستور.
