مجلس الحكومة يصادق على تعديل قانون التجزئات العقارية

صادق، مجلس الحكومة اليوم الخميس 02 أكتوبر الجاري، على مشروع قانون يتعلق بالتجزئات العقارية والمجموعات السكنية وتقسيم العقارات، بعد إدماج الملاحظات المثارة خلال النقاش.

المشروع، الذي قدمته وزيرة إعداد التراب الوطني والتعمير وسياسة المدينة فاطمة الزهراء المنصوري، يهم القانون رقم 34.21 بتغيير وتتميم القانون رقم 25.90 المتعلق بالتجزئات العقارية والمجموعات السكنية وتقسيم العقارات.

وأوضحت الحكومة في لقاء صحفي عقب اجتماع المجلس؛ أن المشروع جاء بعد تقييم لتطبيق القانون 25.90 الصادر بظهير شريف بتاريخ 17 يونيو 1992، حيث تبينت صعوبات وإكراهات عملية عند تفعيل بعض المقتضيات.

وأضافت أن التقييم كشف عن نقائص وثغرات تحد من إيجاد حلول للإشكاليات التي يطرحها القطاع، مما استدعى مراجعة القانون وتحيينه.
