مجلس الحكومة يصادق على مشروع المرسوم يتعلق بتهيئة الطريق الوطنية رقم 1 بين تيزنيت والداخلة

صادق مجلس الحكومة، أمس الخميس 27 فبراير الجاري، على مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.25.117 بتغيير المرسوم رقم 2.17.321، بإحداث مديرية مؤقتة بوزارة التجهيز والماء للإشراف على إنجاز أشغال تهيئة الطريق الوطنية رقم 1 بين تيزنيت والداخلة.

ويأتي هذا المشروع، بعدما أُحدثت ابتداء من فاتح يونيو 2017، مديرية مركزية مؤقتة للإشراف على إنجاز أشغال تهيئة الطريق الوطنية رقم 1 بين تيزنت والداخلة، وذلك بمقتضى المرسوم رقم 2.17.321، والذي حدد فاتح يونيو 2022 كموعد لنهاية الأشغال بالمشروع.

وقد تم تمديد مفعول المرسوم المذكور إلى غاية نهاية 2024، وذلك بمقتضى المرسوم رقم 2.23.107.

وبالنظر لما عرفه هذا المشروع من تغييرات وإضافات جوهرية مثل إنجاز أشغال وبناء الجسر الطرقي الضخم على وادي الساقية الحمراء بالطريق المداري لمدينة العيون، فقد أصبح من الضروري تمديد مفعول المرسوم رقم 2.17.321 كما وقع تغييره، إلى غاية 31 دجنبر 2026.
