مجلس الحكومة يصادق على مشروع قانون متعلق بالتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي

صادق مجلس الحكومة، اليوم الخميس 28 غشت الجاري، على مشروع القانون رقم 59.24 يتعلق بالتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، أخذا بعين الاعتبار الملاحظات المثارة، قدمه السيد عز الدين المداوي، وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.

ويأتي مشروع هذا القانون تطبيقا لمقتضيات القانون-الإطار رقم 51.17 المتعلق بمنظومة التربية والتكوين والبحث العلمي، الصادر بتنفيذه الظهير الشريف رقم 1.19.113 بتاريخ 7 ذي الحجة 1440 (9 أغسطس 2019)، ولاسيما المادة 17 منه، وذك قصد تعزيز الدور الفعال للتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي في تحقيق الأولويات التنموية، وإسهامه المحوري في تكوين الرأسمال البشري المؤهل لمواكبة السياسات والبرامج والأوراش المهيكلة للمملكة.

كما يهدف مشروع هذا القانون، إلى تحديد توجهات السياسة العمومية المتعلقة بالتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، وكذا تنظيمه العام، ولاسيما القواعد المتعلقة بهيكلته، ونظام حكامته، والقواعد العامة لهندسته البيداغوجية واللغوية، وآليات مواكبته وتتبعه وتقييمه.
