مجلس الحكومة يصادق على مشروع قانون يقضي بحل وتصفية الوكالة الوطنية للنباتات الطبية والعطرية قدمه الوزير عز الدين مداوي

صادق مجلس الحكومة، اليوم الجمعة، على مشروع القانون رقم 38.25 يقضي بحل وتصفية الوكالة الوطنية للنباتات الطبية والعطرية، قدمه وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار؛ عز الدين مداوي.

ويندرج مشروع هذا القانون في إطار تنزيل مقتضيات القانون-الإطار رقم 51.17 المتعلق بمنظومة التربية والتكوين والبحث العلمي، ولا سيما الأحكام الرامية إلى تعزيز التعاضد والالتقائية بين مؤسسات التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، بما يهدف إلى الرفع من مردوديتها، وتحسين حكامتها، والحد من تداخل اختصاصاتها، كما يأتي انسجاما مع مقتضيات القانون-الإطار رقم 50.21 المتعلق بإصلاح المؤسسات والمقاولات العمومية.

ويهدف مشروع هذا القانون بالأساس إلى حل وتصفية الوكالة الوطنية للنباتات الطبية والعطرية بغية تحويلها إلى مؤسسة جامعية تابعة لجامعة سيدي محمد بن عبد الله، وذلك لتكريس اندماجها في منظومة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، واستثمار رصيدها البحثي في إطار الجامعة.
