مجلس الحكومة يصادق على مشروع مرسوم بشأن التعويضات المخولة لفائدة أعضاء المجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان

صادق مجلس الحكومة، المنعقد، اليوم الخميس، برئاسة السيد سعد الدين العثماني، رئيس الحكومة، على مشروع مرسوم رقم 2.20.369 بشأن التعويضات المخولة لفائدة أعضاء المجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان وأجهزته ولجانه الجهوية.

وذكر بلاغ صدر عقب انعقاد المجلس الحكومي أنه تمت المصادقة على مشروع هذا المرسوم الذي قدمه السيد الوزير المنتدب لدى رئيس الحكومة المكلف بإدارة الدفاع الوطني نيابة عن السيد وزير الاقتصاد والمالية وإصلاح الإدارة، بعد الأخذ بعين الاعتبار الملاحظات المثارة بشأنه.

من جهة أخرى، أشار البلاغ إلى أنه تم تأجيل دراسة والمصادقة على مشروع قانون رقم 58.21 بتغيير وتتميم الظهير الشريف بمثابة قانون رقم 1.77.216 بتاريخ 4 أكتوبر 1977 المتعلق بإحداث نظام جماعي لمنح رواتب التقاعد رقم 05.89 المحددة بموجبه السن التي يحال إلى التقاعد عند بلوغها المستخدمون المنخرطون في النظام الجماعي لمنح رواتب التقاعد إلى مجلس حكومي لاحق.
