مجلس الحكومة يصادق على مشروع مرسوم متعلق بنظام التأمين للأشخاص القادرين على تحمل واجبات الاشتراك

صادق مجلس الحكومة، أمس الخميس 28 نونبر الجاري، برئاسة عزيز أخنوش، رئيس الحكومة، على مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.24.770 بتتميم المرسوم رقم 2.23.690 بتطبيق القانون رقم 60.22 المتعلق بنظام التأمين الإجباري الأساسي عن المرض الخاص بالأشخاص القادرين على تحمل واجبات الاشتراك الذين لا يزاولون أي نشاط مأجور أو غير مأجور، قدمه وزير الصحة والحماية الاجتماعية.

ويندرج هذا المشروع في إطار تطبيق أحكام المادة 14 المكررة من القانون رقم 60.22 السالف الذكر، والصادر بتنفيذه الظهير الشريف رقم 1.23.41 الصادر في 05 ذي القعدة 1444 (25 ماي 2023)، كما تم تتميمه بالقانون رقم 21.24 الصادر بتنفيذه الظهير الشريف رقم 1.24.34 الصادر في 18 من محرم 1446 (24 يوليو 2024).

ويهدف مشروع هذا المرسوم، إلى تتميم المرسوم رقم 2.23.690 بالمادة السابعة المكررة، وذلك من أجل تحديد كيفيات التحقق من انخراط وانتظام المؤمنين المتوفرين على شروط الخضوع لنظام آمو الشامل في أداء واجبات الاشتراك المستحقة للصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي، حتى يتمكنوا من الاستفادة من الدعم والإعانات العمومية.
