مجلس الحكومة يصادق على مشروع مرسوم يتعلق بتحديد الخريطة القضائية للمملكة

صادق؛ مجلس الحكومة، يوم الخميس 29 يناير الجاري، على مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.25.963 بتغيير وتتميم المرسوم رقم 2.23.665 الصادر في 25 من ربيع الآخر 1445 (10 نونبر 2023) بتحديد الخريطة القضائية للمملكة، قدمه وزير العدل، عبد اللطيف وهبي.

هذا المشروع يندرج في سياق تفعيل الإرادة الملكية المعبر عنها في العديد من الخطب الملكية السامية، والرامية إلى إصلاح منظومة العدالة، وذلك انسجاما مع مقتضيات الدستور المتعلقة بضمان حقوق المتقاضين وقواعد سير العدالة.

وتابع أن هذا المشروع يأتي أيضا في إطار تنزيل الإصلاح الشامل والعميق لتوصيات الميثاق الوطني لإصلاح منظومة العدالة، الهادفة إلى إرساء عدالة فعالة وقريبة من المواطنات والمواطنين، وفي خدمة المتقاضين، من خلال تطوير التنظيم القضائي وتأطير قواعده، وعقلنة الخريطة القضائية، بما يضمن إحداث أقسام متخصصة في القضاء التجاري وأقسام متخصصة في القضاء الإداري.
