مجلس المستشارين.. المصادقة على قانونين حول مؤسستي “الشيخ زايد ابن سلطان” و “الشيخ خليفة بن زايد”

في جلسة عامة انعقدت أمس الثلاثاء 28 دجنبر الجاري بمجلس المستشارين، صودق بالإجماع، على مشروع قانون رقم 43.21 بتغيير وتتميم الظهير الشريف بمثابة قانون رقم 1.93.228 الصادر في 10 شتنبر 1993 القاضي بإنشاء مؤسسة “الشيخ زايد ابن سلطان”، وكذا على مشروع قانون رقم 44.21 القاضي بتغيير وتتميم القانون رقم 12.07 المنشأة بموجبه مؤسسة “الشيخ خليفة بن زايد”.

وتعتبر هاتان المؤسستان داعمتين للمنظومة الصحية الوطنية، خاصة في ظل تنزيل ورش تعميم الحماية الاجتماعية على كافة المواطنات والمواطنين المحفوف بالرعاية السامية لجلالة الملك محمد السادس، وذلك من خلال تقديم خدمات طبية من مستوى عال في مختلف التخصصات، وفي التكوين الجامعي في علوم الصحة بشكل عام، وتطوير البحث العلمي في مجال الطب، وكذا في التعاون مع وزارة الصحة والمؤسسات الاستشفائية الجامعية والهيئات المهنية في جميع الميادين ولاسيما في الميدان الاجتماعي.

وقد تم إعداد هذين المشروعين لإعادة النظر في المهام المخولة لكل من مؤسسة “الشيخ زايد ابن سلطان” ومؤسسة” الشيخ خليفة بن زايد”؛ وتمكينهما من الانفتاح على ميادين صحية جديدة، وكذا في إدارتهما الداخلية وحكامتهما بشكل يتوخى المرونة في الإدارة والتدبير والسرعة في اتخاذ القرار؛ وذلك بالنظر إلى أن الحاجة أصبحت ملحة لمراجعة الإطار القانوني لهاتين المؤسستين حتى تتمكنا من الاضطلاع الأمثل بالدور المنوط بهما كجزء لا يتجزأ من المنظومة الصحية الوطنية.
