مجلس المستشارين.. تقديم قاموس للترافع حول قضية الصحراء المغربية.

ينظم مجلس المستشارين لقاء لتقديم دليل للترافع حول قضية الوحدة الترابية للمملكة المغربية على شكل قاموس تم إعداده من قبل خبراء دوليين لفائدة مجلس المستشارين، وذلك يوم الأربعاء 10 يوليوز 2019 على الساعة الحادية عشر صباحا بقاعة مصطفى عكاشة بمقر المجلس.

واعتبر رئيس مجلس المستشارين السيد حكيم بن شماش، في كلمة له بعد صدور هذا الدليل، أن الهدف من هذه الوثيقة هو تقديم بعض الايضاحات، وتطوير بعض المفاهيم، وتوفير بعض عناصر الرد على الأسئلة الرئيسية، وتقديم الحجج المضادة.

وتتطرق هذه الوثيقة بشكل خاص إلى العلاقة التاريخية التي تجمع بين المملكة المغربية ومنطقة الصحراء وسكانها، كما تستعرض المقترحات التي تم تقديمها لحل هذا الخلاف منذ 1990. وتؤكد الثوابت التي حددها مجلس الأمن من أجل التوصل إلى حل واقعي وعملي وتفاوضي للخلاف الإقليمي حول إستعادة المغرب لصحرائه.

وعبر السيد حكيم بن شماش عن أمله في أن تسهم هذه المبادرة في تعزيز العمل المشترك من أجل التأكيد الدولي على مغربية الصحراء.
