مجلس المستشارين يصادق على مشروع قانون التصفية المتعلق بتنفيذ قانون المالية لسنة 2020

صادق؛ مجلس المستشارين، أمس الثلاثاء 26 يوليوز 2022 خلال جلسة عامة تشريعية، على مشروع قانون التصفية رقم 22.20 المتعلق بتنفيذ قانون المالية للسنة المالية 2020.

وأشاد فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة بمجلس المستشارين بما يتضمن مشروع القانون، المتميز بوفرة المعطيات والبيانات وكذا الملاحظات المتضمنة في تقرير المجلس الأعلى للحسابات حول تنفيذ قانون المالية للسنة المالية 2020، والتصريح العام بمطابقة حسابات المحاسبين الفردية للحساب العام للمملكة للسنة المالية 2020، وكذا مختلف الوثائق المرافقة والتكميلية التي زود بها السيد الوزير أعضاء اللجنة، ولا سيما تقرير افتحاص نجاعة الأداء الذي أنجزته المفتشية العامة للمالية والتقرير السنوي لنجاعة الأداء.

واعتبر الفريق أن القانون هو مجهود سيسهم في الرفع من مستوى العمل الرقابي في مجلس المستشارين والارتقاء بمستوى النقاش حول تنفيذ قوانين المالية، مما سيساعد على تقييم نجاعة الأداء في مختلف القطاعات الوزارية والمؤسسات، وما من شأنه أن يساهم في تطوير العمل المشترك بين الحكومة والبرلمان بغرفتيه.
