مجلس جماعة أبي جعد..اللجنة المكلفة بالميزانية تحدد نقاط الدورة العادية لشهر فبراير 

في إطار التهييء للدورة العادية لشهر فبراير 2022، عقدت اللجنة المنبثقة عن المجلس الجماعي لأبي الجعد المكلفة بالميزانية والشؤون المالية والبرمجة؛ اجتماعا لها؛ يوم الأربعاء 19 يناير 2022، بحضور جميع أعضائها؛ لدراسة النقط التي سيتم مناقشتها التصويت عليها في دورة فبراير.

ومن بين هذه النقط؛ دراسة والمصادقة على تتميم الفصل الأول المتعلق باستغلال الأملاك الجماعية من القرار الجبائي رقم 166 بتاريخ 10 ماي 2021 من القرار الجبائي رقم 100/2008 بتاريخ 10 مارس 2008 المحدد لنسب وأسعار الرسوم والحقوق والوجيبات والمساهمات والأتاوى المستحقة لفائدة جماعة أبي الجعد لتضمين الدكان رقم 63 مكرر بالسوق الجماعي المغطاة والقطع الأرضية العارية التي تم كراؤها بمنطقة التنشيط الاقتصادي.

كما ستشهد الدورة المصادقة على دفتر التحملات والشروط الخاصة ببيع المحجوزات التي لم تسحب داخل الآجال القانونية. والتداول بشأن بيع المنتوج الغابوي، وكذلك دراسة والمصادقة على دفتر التحملات والشروط الخاص بكراء المرافق الصحية المتواجدة بساحة محمد الخامس.

كم سيتم تدارس والمصادقة على تتميم الفصل 20 المتعلق بواجبات مقبوضة بساحات أخرى للبيع العمومي من القرار الجبائي رقم 100/2008 بتاريخ 10 مارس 2008 لتضمينه ساحة ألعاب الأطفال، وكذلك التحويل من فصل إلى فصل، إضافة إلى برمجة فائض السنة المالية 2021.
