مجلس جماعة بركان يناقش ملاحظات المواطنين على مشروع التهيئة

انعقد صبيحة يوم الاثنين 6 أكتوبر 2025، بمقر جماعة بركان، اجتماع ترأسه محمد إبراهيمي، رئيس المجلس الجماعي، بحضور نوابه وأعضاء المجلس، بالإضافة إلى عدد من أطر وموظفي الجماعة.

وخصص الاجتماع لتدارس الملاحظات والتعرضات التي توصلت بها الجماعة خلال فترة البحث العلني الممتدة من 1 إلى 30 شتنبر 2025، والتي فتحت المجال أمام المواطنين والمؤسسات للاطلاع على مشروع التهيئة وإبداء آرائهم وملاحظاتهم، في إطار مقاربة تشاركية تهدف إلى تعزيز الشفافية والانفتاح على العموم.

وقدمت ممثلة مصلحة التعمير خلال اللقاء عرضا مفصلا حول المشروع، اشتمل على ملخص للتعرضات والملاحظات المستلمة من طرف المواطنين والمؤسسات المعنية.

كما أتاح الاجتماع للسادة أعضاء المجلس التعبير عن مقترحاتهم وملاحظاتهم، الهادفة إلى تحسين جودة المشروع وضمان انسجامه مع الرؤية الحضرية والتنموية للجماعة.

ويأتي هذا الاجتماع في سياق حرص المجلس الجماعي على إشراك مختلف الفاعلين المحليين في صياغة المشاريع الكبرى التي ترسم معالم مدينة بركان وتواكب تطورها العمراني والاجتماعي.
