مجلس جماعة بني ملال يصادق بالإجماع على مجموعة من النقاط ذات الطابع الاستعجالي

عقد؛ المجلس الجماعي لمدينة بني ملال دورته الاستثنائية؛ يوم الثلاثاء 14 يونيو الجاري، حيث تم تدارس والمصادقة على النقاط ذات الطابع الإستعجالي المدرجة في جدول أعمالها.

وصادق مجلس على جميع النقاط بأغلبية الأعضاء الحاضرين.

ومن أبرز هذه النقاط إعادة تخصيص بعض الاعتمادات بالجزء الثاني من ميزانية سنة 2022، وتعديل المقرر رقم 03\2017 المتخذ في الدورة العادية بتاريخ 04/10/2017 والقاضي بتعويض اصحاب العقارات التي شملها مشروع المطرح الجماعي.

كما وةفق المجلس على ملحق تعديلي لاتفاقية شراكة بين الجماعة وجمعية الأعمال الاجتماعية لموظفي وعمال ومتقاعدي الجماعة، واتفاقية شراكة بين الجماعة وجمعية الاعمال الاجتماعية لولاية جهة بني ملال خنيفرة حول استغلال ملاعب القرب بالمدينة.

وصادق المجتمعون على اقتناء القطعة الأرضية المكونة للوعاء العقاري للسوق الاسبوعي والمرافق الجماعية المحيطة به.
