مجلس جماعة تارودانت يصادق على مشروع اتفاقية شراكة مع وكالة الأمم المتحدة للهجرة

ترأس؛ محمد امهرسي النائب الأول لرئيس المجلس الجماعي لتارودانت؛ بحضور ممثل السلطة المحلية، وأعضاء المجلس وأطر وموظفي الجماعة، أشغال الدورة العادية لشهر ماي 2025 في جلستها الثانية.

الجلسة انطلقت بعرض جدول أعمال الجلسة والنقط المدرجة فيه للمناقشة والتصويت والمصادقة، وخلصت إلى الآتي:

6- المصادقة بالإجماع على مشروع اتفاقية شراكة بين الجماعة ووكالة الأمم المتحدة للهجرة.

7- المصادقة بالإجماع على مشروع اتفاقية شراكة بين الجماعة ومؤسسة التعاون الوطني.

8- المصادقة بالإجماع على تأجيل النقطة المتعلقة ب:
أ‌- الثمن المحدد من طرف اللجنة الإدارية للتقييم الخاص بتفويت بقعة أرضية لفائدة مجموعة الجماعات الترابية “وادي سوس” لتدبير مرفق النقل العمومي الحضري وما بين الجماعات بواسطة الحافلات.
ب‌- كناش التحملات الخاص بالمشروع.

9- المصادقة بالإجماع على:
أ‌- إلغاء المقرر المتعلق بتفويت بقعة أرضية لفائدة مجموعة الجماعات الترابية “قطب تارودانت” لإحداث وتدبير مرافق الوقاية وحفظ الصحة ونقل المرضى والجرحى ونقل الأموات وتدبير آليات الأشغال وصيانتها.
ب‌- وضع رهن الإشارة بقعة أرضية لفائدة مجموعة الجماعات الترابية “قطب تارودانت” لإحداث وتدبير مرافق الوقاية وحفظ الصحة ونقل المرضى والجرحى ونقل الأموات وتدبير آليات الأشغال وصيانتها.
ت- مشروع اتفاقية شراكة متعلقة بوضع قطعة أرضية تابعة للملك الجماعي رهن إشارة مجموعة الجماعات الترابية “قطب تارودانت” لإحداث وتدبير مرافق الوقاية وحفظ الصحة ونقل المرضى والجرحى ونقل الأموات وتدبير آليات الأشغال وصيانتها.

10- المصادقة بالإجماع على تأجيل النقطة المتعلقة بمشروع التحويلات في بعض فصول الميزانية.
