مجلس جماعة تازة يصادق بالإجماع على اتفاقية إحداث مجموعة الجماعات الترابية تازة لحفظ الصحة 

ترأس؛ عبد الواحد المسعودي رئيس مجلس جماعة تازة، أشغال الدورة الاستثنائية، وذلك بحضور مستشارات ومستشاري المجلس؛ وممثل قسم الجماعات الترابية بعمالة تازة، وباشا المدينة تازة، ورؤساء المصالح والأقسام المعنية.

هذه الدورة الاستثنائية تم خلالها  المصادقة بالإجماع على اتفاقية لإحداث مجموعة الجماعات الترابية “تازة” لتدبير مرفق الوقاية وحفظ الصحة ونقل المرضى والجرحى ونقل الأموات، والمصادقة على اتفاقية شراكة لبناء وتجهيز مقر مجموعة الجماعات الترابية “تازة” بين وزارة الداخلية (المديرية العامة للجماعات الترابية) المجلس الإقليمي، وجماعات تازة، كلدمان، بني لنت، باب بودر، مكناسة الشرقية، مكناسة الغربية، اولاد الشريف، مغراوة، امسيلة تايناست، الكوزات، كاف الغار، الطايفة، برارحة، اترايبة.

كما تمت الموافقة على اقتناء قطعة أرضية مساحتها 2090 متر مربع تابعة للملك الخاص للدولة ذي الرسم العقاري عدد 1791/ف بشارع معركة بين الكيفان (جيراردو) لإيواء مقر مجموعة الجماعات الترابية لتدبير مرفق حفظ الصحة “تازة”، والمصادقة على مشروع اتفاقية شراكة من أجل تمويل و إنجاز الطريق المدارية بتازة 2024 –  2022، وذلك من خلال بعض التعديلات كانت أهمها المادة الثانية من الاتفاقية من خلال الإشارة لتفريع ثالث من بني سنان إلى الطريق الوطنية قرب مدار المسيرة الثانية، وكذا المادة الرابعة من خلال تحديد التزام الأطراف المتعاقدة وفق جدولة زمنية ممتدة لثلاث سنوات. 

في حين تم إرجاء النقطة المتعلقة  بانتخاب مندوبي الجماعة بمجلس مجموعة الجماعات “تازة” إلى دورة لاحقة.
