مجلس جهة الدار البيضاء- سطات والمدرسة الوطنية العليا للإدارة يوقعان مذكرة تفاهم لتعزيز التعاون وتبادل الخبرات

وقع مجلس جهة الدار البيضاء- سطات يوم الثلاثاء 8 أبريل 2025، بمقر الجهة، مذكرة تفاهم مع المديرة العامة للمدرسة الوطنية العليا للإدارة، ووالي الجهة، وذلك بحضور يوسف مفليح رئيس لجنة التنمية الاقتصادية والتنمية القروية والتكوين والاستثمار وعضو اللجنة الجهوية للتكوين المستمر، وفاطمة الشمخي عضو مجلس الجهة.

وتهدف هذه المذكرة الموقعة إلى تعزيز التكوين الأساسي والتكوين المستمر وتطوير قدرات الأطر الإدارية والتنظيم المشترك للتظاهرات العلمية والتعاون الدولي والبحث العلمي في إطار تفعيل البرنامج التنموي للجهة 2022-2027.

وبموجب مذكرة التفاهم هذه، يعمل الأطراف على تبادل الخبرات والتجارب والعمل المشترك على تطوير آليات العمل المنتج؛ وتنزيل وتقييم السياسات العمومية التنموية ذات الطابع المجالي والاستشارة في تدبير وتنزيل مشاريع التنمية الجهوية والتنظيم المشترك للتظاهرات الأكاديمية حول المواضيع ذات الصلة باختصاصات المؤسسات المعنية.

كما تهدف إلى العمل التشاركي على تنظيم التداريب والزيارات الميدانية لفائدة طلبة المدرسة الوطنية العليا للإدارة بسلك التكوين الأساسي بالجهة؛ والإعداد المشترك للبرامج التكوينية لفائدة منتخبي وأطر وموظفي الجهة وتبادل المراجع والمؤلفات والوثائق ودلائل التكوين المتاحة.

كما تسعى الأطراف من خلال هذه المذكرة إلى إعداد المحتويات العلمية اللازمة لبلورة وتنظيم التظاهرات وإشراك المسؤولين والمكونين، عند الاقتضاء، في تنشيط الندوات والدورات التكوينية والتظاهرات الأكاديمية وتعزيز التعاون والتنسيق في إعداد الدراسات والأبحاث وفي مجال النشر.

كما وقعت المدرسة الوطنية العليا للإدارة كذلك شراكات مع جامعة الحسن الثاني بالدار البيضاء والحسن الأول بسطات وشعيب الدكالي بالجديدة.

وتشكل مذكرة التفاهم هاته، نموذجا ناجحا في مجال اعتماد وتطوير نظام تدبيري تشاركي يروم الرفع من جودة كفاءات الموارد البشرية.
