مجلس جهة مراكش يصوت على كل النقاط المدرجة بجدول أعماله ويقف على سير عمل الوكالة الجهوية لتنفيذ المشاريع

انعقدت، صباح اليوم الإثنين 5 أكتوبر الجاري، أشغال دورة أكتوبر العادية لمجلس جهة مراكش آسفي برئاسة أحمد أخشيشن وحضور والي الجهة كريم قسي لحلو، وذلك بمقر المجلس بتراب مقاطعة سيدي يوسف بن علي.

وعرفت بداية أشغال الدورة تقديم تقرير إخباري حول أنشطة رئاسة مجلس الجهة تطبيقا للمادة 110 من القانون التنظيمي رقم 111. 14 المتعلق بالجهات، وبعد ذلك تم طلاع المجلس على الدعاوي القضائية المرفوعة ضد جهة مراكش اسفي بناء على مقتضيات المادة 238 من القانون التنظيمي للجهات، واطلاع المجلس كذلك على إنجازات وسير عمل الوكالة الجهوية لتنفيذ المشاريع طبقا لمقتضيات المادة 134 من القانون التنظيمي للجهات.

كما تمت خلال أشغال الدورة دراسة مشروع ميزانية مجلس جهة مراكش أسفي الخاصة بالسنة المالية 2021 قبل التصويت عليها بالاجماع، بعد ذلك تمت دراسة مشروع الميزانية الملحقة الخاصة بدار المنتخب التابعة لمجلس جهة مراكش اسفي برسم السنة المالية 2021 والتصويت عليها بالاجماع.
