مجلس عمالة طنجة- أصيلة يصادق بالإجماع على ميزانية 2026 واتفاقيات شراكة خلال دورة استثنائية

عقد؛ مجلس عمالة طنجة- أصيلة، يوم الثلاثاء 21 أكتوبر 2025، دورة استثنائية برئاسة امحمد احميدي، خصصت لبحث عدد من النقاط التنظيمية والمالية، بحضور محمد العمراني، رئيس قسم الجماعات الترابية بولاية جهة طنجة- تطوان- الحسيمة، وأعضاء المجلس، وأطر وموظفي العمالة.

واستهل احميدي الجلسة بكلمة ترحيبية، أعقبها توجيه تهنئة باسم المجلس إلى المنتخب الوطني المغربي لأقل من 20 سنة بمناسبة تتويجه بكأس العالم لكرة القدم (نسخة الشيلي 2025).

وتضمن جدول الأعمال خمس نقاط، شملت انتخاب نائب رئيس لجنة التنمية القروية والحضرية وإنعاش الاستثمارات والماء والطاقة والبيئة، والمصادقة على مشروع ميزانية مجلس العمالة برسم سنة 2026، إلى جانب اتفاقية شراكة لإنجاز أشغال تهيئة ثلاث طرق بجماعة سبت الزينات ومنشأة فنية بجماعة العوامة، واتفاقية شراكة مع جماعة حجر النحل لإنجاز وصيانة مسالك قروية، إلى جانب تحويلات مالية بالجزء الثاني من ميزانية 2025.

وبعد المناقشة، صادق المجلس بالإجماع على جميع النقط المدرجة في جدول الأعمال.

ويأتي انعقاد هذه الدورة في سياق التحضير المالي للسنة المقبلة ومتابعة برامج تنموية موجهة لتعزيز البنيات التحتية بالعالم القروي داخل عمالة طنجة-أصيلة، بما ينسجم مع الدينامية الجهوية الرامية إلى دعم العدالة المجالية وتطوير الشبكة الطرقية والخدمات العمومية.
