مجلس عمالة طنجة أصيلة يصادق على ميزانية 2025 وعلى انتداب امحمد احميدي بمجموعة الجماعات الترابية “طنجة-تطوان-الحسيمة للتوزيع”

ترأس؛ امحمد احميدي؛ رئيس مجلس عمالة طنجة- أصيلة؛ اليوم الثلاثاء 05 نوفمبر الجاري؛ أشغال دورة استثنائية للمجلس؛ بحضور محمد العمراني رئيس قسم الجماعات الترابية بولاية الجهة.

وفي هذا الإطار؛ تدارس المجلس وصادق على مشروع الميزانية برسم سنة 2025. وعلى تحويل اعتمادات بميزانية التجهيز برسم سنة 2024.

المجتمعون تبنوا اتفاقية شراكة بين المجلس والمديرية الإقليمية للتربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي والرياضة وجمعية مجد طنجة لكرة السلة؛ من أجل تطوير والرقي برياضة كرة السلة بتراب العمالة.

النقطة الموالية همت مناقشة والمصادقة على مشروع اتفاقية شراكة بين مجلس العمالة وجمعية دعم تسيير معهد الأميرة للا مريم للأطفال الانطوائيين من أجل دعم تسيير هذا المعهد.

وتنفيذا لمقتضيات اتفاقية إحداث مجموعة الجماعات الترابية “طنجة-تطوان-الحسيمة” للتوزيع، وطبقا لقرار السيد وزير الداخلية عدد 39 بتاريخ 08 أكتوبر 2024، القاضي بالإعلان عن تكوين المجموعة السالف ذكرها، ووفقا لأحكام المادة 46 من القانون التنظيمي رقم 112.14 المتعلق بالعمالات والأقاليم، صادق المجلس بإجماع أعضائه الحاضرين على انتخاب كل من رئيس المجلس العمالة امحمد احميدي، ومحمد الحمامي كمنتدبين للمجلس بالمجموعة.

وتهدف هذه المجموعة إلى تدبير مرفق توزيع الماء والكهرباء والتطهير السائل على مستوى النفوذ الترابي للجماعات الأعضاء بما في ذلك الإسهام في تزويد العالم القروي بخدمات المرفق المذكور، وتضم في عضويتها جميع الجماعات والعمالتين والأقاليم التابعة لجهة طنجة- تطوان- الحسيمة.
