مجلس مجموعة الجماعات الشرق للتوزيع يصادق بالإجماع على مشاريع مهمة

انعقد يوم الثلاثاء 25 يونيو 2024، الدورة الإستثنائية لمجلس مجموعة الجماعات الترابية الشرق للتوزيع بمقر ولاية جهة الشرق، برئاسة السيد رئيس مجلس المجموعة أحمد المحمودي، وحضور الكاتب العام وأطر من وزارة الداخلية.

وتم خلال هذه الدورة تقديم عرض من طرف أطر وزارة الداخلية حول مختلف الملاحق والنصوص القانونية، التي تم إرسالها من طرف وزارة الداخلية.
وبعد فتح باب المناقشة التي عرفت تدخلات من طرف أعضاء مجلس المجموعة حول كل القوانين، التي تم سنها حول مشروع تدبير مرفق توزيع الماء الصالح للشرب والكهرباء والتطهير السائل بجهة الشرق، تم التصويت بالإجماع على النقط الثلاثة المدرجة في جدول أعمال الدورة، والتي جاءت كالتالي:

1- الدراسة والمصادقة على عقد تدبير مرفق توزيع الماء الصالح للشرب والكهرباء والتطهير السائل بين مجموعة الجماعات الترابية الشرق للتوزيع والشركة الجهوية متعددة الخدمات الشرق ش م وملاحقه.

2- الدراسة والمصادقة مشروع اتفاقية وكالة مبرمة مع شركة تنمية المرافق العمومية للتوزيع ش م من أجل تدبير ديون التمويل لفائدة اصحاب مرافق التوزيع وملاحقها.

3- الدراسة والمصادقة على تحمل الدولة من خلال وزارة الداخلية لمساهمة مجموعة الجماعات الترابية الشرق للتوزيع في رأس مال شركة تنمية المرافق العمومية للتوزيع ش م ورأس مال الشركة الجهوية متعددة للتوزيع ش م.
