مجلس مقاطعة أكدال يصادق بالإجماع على نقاط دورته العادية لشهر شتنبر

ترأس، محمد السليماني؛ رئيس م٠لس مقاطعة أكدال بفاس، يومه الإثنين 05 شتنبر الجاري، أشغال الدورة العادية للمجلس (شتنبر 2022).

وفي كلمته الترحيبية، قدم السليماني إحاطة بانطلاق مجموعة من الأوراش التي كانت موضوع ملتمسات سابقة من المقاطعة إلى مجلس المدينة، وتهم هيكلة وتثنية وتوسيع مجموعة من المحاور الطرقية بتراب المقاطعة.

بعد ذلك تابع الحاضرون -وبمناسبة الدخول المدرسي- عرضا مفصلا حول الواقع التربوي بالمدينة والمقاطعة وفق إحصائيات ووقائع ميدانية ورؤى مستقبلية، تهم تجويد الخدمة والرفع من مستواها باستمرار.

جدول أعمال الدورة، وبعد قراءة تقرير الأشغال والأنشطة بين الدورتين، ضم في تفاصيله، مذكرة حساب النفقات من المبالغ المرصودة للمقاطعة برسم السنة المالية 2023، ثم مذكرة عرض حول مشروع تحويل الاعتمادات، وهما المذكرتين اللتين كانتا موضوع اجتماع ومناقشة لجنة الشؤون المالية والاقتصادية والتي رفعتهما لأنظار المجلس بعد موافقة أعضاءها عليهما بالإجماع.

النقطة الأخيرة لجدول أعمال الدورة تمثلت في مذكرة عرض مشروع تعديل الهيكل التنظيمي لإدارة المقاطعة.

وبعد التداول التفصيلي والنقاش الإيجابي بخصوص نقاط الدورة، تمت المصادقة عليها بالإجماع مع تسجيل خمسة أصوات رافضة.
