مطيع يستعرض خلاصات اللقاء التواصلي حول البرنامج الوطني للتزويد بالماء الشروب ومياه السقي 2020-2027

أكد محمد مطيع رئيس المجلس الإقليمي لأشتوكة أيت باها، أن مدينة أكادير احتضنت يوم الثلاثاء 25 فبراير 2020، لقاء تواصلي حول البرنامج الوطني للتزويد بالماء الشروب ومياه السقي 2020-2027، والذي أعطى انطلاقته جلالة الملك محمد السادس، إخيرا، بكلفة مالية إجمالية قدرها 115,4 مليار درهم.

وأضاف مطيع أن اللقاء شكل مناسبة لتدارس السبل الكفيلة بالتفعيل الأمثل لمضامين هذا البرنامج، بشكل يسمح بتعبئة الإمكانات المائية وضمان الأمن المائي، في أفق الموازنة بين العرض المائي على صعيد الجهة والطلب المتزايد على هذه المادة الحيوية، مبرزا أن اللقاء تميز بتقديم عروض مفصلة همت على الخصوص، “تنمية العرض المائي بواسطة السدود” و”البرنامج الوطني والجهوي حول اقتصاد وتثمين الماء في الميدان الفلاحي”، و”برنامج التزويد بالماء الصالح للشرب بالمجال القروي”، و”إعادة استعمال المياه العادمة المعالجة”، و”مشروع تحلية مياه البحر”، و”البرنامج الوطني لتطهير السائل المندمج”.

ويجدر الإشارة إلى أن البرنامج الوطني للتزويد بالماء الشروب ومياه السقي (2020-2027) يتألف من مجموعة من الإجراءات، تتوزع على خمسة محاور هي تنمية العرض المائي، وتدبير الطلب واقتصاد وتثمين الماء، وتقوية التزويد بالماء الصالح للشرب بالمجال القروي، وكذا إعادة استعمال المياه العادمة المعالجة؛ وأخيرا التواصل والتحسيس.
