مكتب مقاطعة الفداء يعقد اجتماعا لتقييم أداء المصالح الإدارية وتسريع معالجة الملفات العالقة

في إطار مواصلة تتبع ومواكبة عمل المصالح التابعة للمقاطعة، عقد مكتب مجلس مقاطعة الفداء، يوم الأربعاء 24 يونيو 2026 اجتماعا خصص لتقييم الأداء الإداري والوقوف على مستوى تنفيذ المهام والخدمات المقدمة للمرتفقين.

وترأس الاجتماع محمد أكليوين، رئيس مجلس المقاطعة، بحضور نوابه، إلى جانب مدير المقاطعة ورؤساء المصالح المعنية.

وشكل اللقاء محطة للتداول في مختلف القضايا المرتبطة بسير العمل الإداري، حيث تم تقييم أداء المصالح التابعة للمقاطعة والوقوف على التحديات والإكراهات التي تواجهها، مع مناقشة السبل الكفيلة بتعزيز مردوديتها وضمان جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين.

كما عرف الاجتماع مناقشة عدد من الملفات العالقة التي تستدعي تدخلا وتنسيقا بين مختلف المصالح، وذلك بهدف تسريع وتيرة معالجتها وتحقيق الأهداف المسطرة وفق مقاربة ترتكز على النجاعة والفعالية في التدبير.

وأكد المشاركون خلال هذا الاجتماع أهمية مواصلة آليات التتبع والتقييم الدوري لأداء المصالح الإدارية، بما يسهم في تجويد الخدمات العمومية والارتقاء بمستوى الاستجابة لانتظارات الساكنة، انسجاما مع التوجهات الرامية إلى تعزيز الحكامة المحلية وتحسين جودة المرفق العمومي.
