ميداوي: نسبة الاستجابة لطلبات المنح الدراسية ستنتقل هذه السنة من 82 إلى 86 في المائة

أكد وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار، عز الدين ميداوي، أن نسبة الاستجابة لطلبات المنح المودعة  في الآجال القانونية ستعرف خلال هذه السنة ارتفاعا مهما حيث ستنتقل من 82 في المائة  إلى 86 في المائة.

وذكر السيد الوزير، في معرض رده على أسئلة السيدات والسادة المستشارين خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية اليوم الثلاثاء 12 نونبر 2024، أن عدد المنح الدراسية يحدد سنويا بمقتضى قرار مشترك لوزارة الاقتصاد والمالية ووزارة التعليم العالي، وذلك في حدود الاعتمادات المالية المرصودة لها في قانون المالية لكل سنة.

وأشار السيد ميداوي إلى أنه في إطار الملاءمة مع القانون رقم 18-72 المتعلق بمنظومة استهداف المستفيدين من برنامج الدعم الاجتماعي، تم إسناد مهمة البت في طلبات الاستفادة من المنح الدراسية من فئة السلم الأول إلى لجنة وزارية تترأسها السلطة الحكومية المكلفة بالتعليم العالي بدلا من اللجان الإقليمية المعمول بها سابقا، مع الاعتماد على السجل الاجتماعي الموحد كمعيار موحد لتحديد المستفيدين.

ولفت المسؤول الحكومي إلى أن الوزارة تعمل جاهدة على تنويع مصادر تمويل المنح، من خلال تعبئة إسهام مختلف المتدخلين والشركاء، من القطاع الخاص والقطاع العام، والشراكة الدولية خاصة فيما يتعلق بمنح الحركية الدولية، كما تم إحداث منح خاصة بالحركية الوطنية.
