ميراوي: وزارة التعليم العالي تعمل على تكريس مبادئ الإنصاف والمساواة وتعزيز قدرات المرأة الريادية

أشاد وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار، عبد اللطيف ميراوي، بالإنجازات المتميزة التي حققتها المرأة المغربية بصفة عامة وبمنظومة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار بصفة خاصة، مؤكدا أن الوزارة تعمل على تكريس مبادئ الإنصاف والمساواة بين الجنسين، من خلال تقوية حضور المرأة وتعزيز قدراتها الريادية.

جاء ذلك خلال ترأس السيد الوزير لمراسيم الاحتفال باليوم العالمي للمرأة، الذي صادف يوم الجمعة 08 مارس 2024 بمقر الوزارة.

وتميز هذا الحفل، بتسليم شواهد التميز للمشاركات في الدورة الأولى لبرنامج التكوين في القيادة النسائية، المندرج في إطار مبادرة «LeaderSHE»، التي أطلقتها الوزارة سنة 2022 بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للمرأة، حيث استفادت منه 23 امرأة مسؤولة بالإدارة المركزية والجامعات. 

وأعلن السيد ميراوي عزم الوزارة على مواصلة هذه المبادرة بإطلاق أفواج جديدة لتكوين القيادات النسائية خلال هذه السنة، وكذا الاستمرار في عقد اللقاءات الحوارية”LeaderSHE Talks”، وذلك لأجل تمكين نساء المنظومة ودعم قدراتهن في مختلف المجالات.
