ميزانية 2026 ومشاريع الشراكة تتصدر جدول أعمال دورة أكتوبر لمجلس مراكش

اختتم المجلس الجماعي لمراكش، يوم الأربعاء 29 أكتوبر 2025، أشغال دورته العادية لشهر أكتوبر، وذلك بعد انعقاد الجلسة الثالثة المخصصة لاستكمال مناقشة النقط المدرجة في جدول الأعمال.

وتميزت الدورة بغنى مواضيعها وتنوع محاورها، إذ ناقش المجلس 28 نقطة شملت قضايا تدبير المرافق والخدمات الجماعية، إلى جانب دراسة اتفاقيات تعاون وشراكة على المستويين الوطني والدولي، تروم دعم التنمية المحلية وتعزيز انفتاح جماعة مراكش على شركائها الاقتصاديين والمؤسساتيين.

كما تضمنت الدورة عرض مشروع ميزانية الجماعة برسم سنة 2026، وبرمجة الفائض الحقيقي لميزانية سنة 2024، إضافة إلى دراسة سبل دعم التعاونيات النشيطة داخل النفوذ الترابي لمراكش.

وبعد تقديم تقارير اللجان الدائمة وفتح باب النقاش، تمت المصادقة على أغلب النقط المدرجة، فيما تم استعراض حصيلة الأشغال والبرامج والمشاريع المنجزة، والتي وصفت بالمتميزة من حيث مردوديتها وأثرها الإيجابي على المدينة وساكنتها.

وقد نوه المستشارون الجماعيون بالمجهودات التي تبذلها رئيسة المجلس، السيدة فاطمة الزهراء المنصوري، في مجال الترافع من أجل تعبئة التمويلات اللازمة لتنفيذ المشاريع المهيكلة، عبر إبرام اتفاقيات شراكة أسهمت في تحقيق نقلة نوعية في البنيات التحتية والخدمات الحضرية.

واختتمت أشغال الدورة بالتأكيد على ضرورة مواصلة العمل بروح المسؤولية والتعاون بين مختلف مكونات المجلس، تكريسا لمكانة مراكش كمدينة رائدة وطنيا ودوليا.
