نادية بزندفة تطالب وزيرة المالية بالرفع من مبلغ الدعم المباشر لفئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة

وجهت، البرلمانية نادية بزندفة، سؤالا كتابيا لوزيرة الاقتصاد والمالية، حول الإجراءات التي سيتم اتخاذها للرفع من مبلغ الدعم المباشر لفئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.

وأكدت بزندفة أنه حسب البحث الوطني الثاني حول الإعاقة 2014 بلغت نسبة انتشار الإعاقة، بكل أصنافها على المستوى الوطني 6.8%، كما أن كل أسرة من أصل أربعة أسر لديها على الأقل شخص في وضعية إعاقة.

وأفادت بزندفة أن الحكومة منحت دعما مباشرا للأسر الحاضنة لشخص حامل للإعاقة مقداره 400 درهم إلى جانب تمكين هاته الفئة من حق التغطية الصحية على غرار كافة المواطنين، وذلك في إطار برنامج تعميم الحماية الاجتماعية.

وأبرزت بزندفة أنه نظرا للتكاليف الباهظة التي تتكبدها الأسر في سبيل العناية وعلاج ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، يبقى مبلغ الدعم الممنوح غير كاف.
