On Sunday, October 20, 2024, the Regional Secretariat of the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM) in the M'diq-Fnideq province held a meeting chaired by the party’s regional secretary, Mohamed Al-Arabi Al-Mrabet, and attended by its members.
The meeting provided an opportunity to review the achievements of the past three years of work within the elected bodies overseen by the party. Each local secretariat was also invited to draft a work program in accordance with the regional secretariat’s guidelines; it was noted that the positions expressed by party activists within these institutions must be unified and coordinated with party bodies.
It was also emphasized that a clear work plan for 2025 and 2026 should be established, based on the outcomes of the regional secretariat meeting.
The speakers also touched on the events of September 15 and the various circumstances surrounding them.
It was emphasized that all of the party’s elected officials and activists stand ready, alongside Member of Parliament Mohamed Al-Arabi Al-Mrabet, to advocate at the national level to secure benefits for the region’s residents.
It was agreed to reorganize the local secretariat in the city of Al-Madiq; to hold regular meetings of the local secretariats; and to maintain constant communication and engagement with citizens. In addition, there must be strict adherence to all directives issued by party bodies and respect for the code of ethics.
It was also decided to form a committee tasked with establishing a party-affiliated media platform for the region. In addition, each municipal council president is to coordinate with the party’s elected officials to prepare a report on their work.
